With the concern of surgery energy drinks and hydration becoming more of a concern to people; this video gives some helpful information about the importance of water. Though this is a video about a drink called Pocari Sweat, there is still helpful information about the importance of water. Is this considered pseudoscience like with Gatoraid? It is similar, but not completely like it. The problem with Gatoraid is when it comes to their scientific information, they imply that drinking Gatoraid is the only solution. In this video, there is information about the importance of water. There are advertisements for Pocari Sweat throughout the video. However, there is more information about hydration and the importance of water. The advertisement is more of information about what Pocari Sweat is. As of right now, people do not know what helpful alternatives to hydration there are. So I do find this video helpful and informative. The video is 5 minutes long, so give it a watch when you have the time.
